These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Caiden website and services (the "Service"). By using Caiden, you agree to these Terms.

Caiden is an AI-powered coach and analyst for endurance athletes. The Service connects to your training data (currently Strava via OAuth, with more integrations coming soon) and provides on-demand analysis. The Service includes both a demo mode and full account integration. No payment is required to use the basic Service.

2. Service Limitations
Free users are limited to 5 AI-powered analyses per session. Additional features and unlimited analysis may be available in future premium offerings.

3. User Data and Privacy
We collect and use your training data only after you connect your account via OAuth. Session data is temporarily cached for analysis purposes. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Caiden only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to violate any laws or the terms of service of any connected third-party platforms.

5. No Affiliation with Third Parties
Caiden is not affiliated with or endorsed by Strava, Inc. or any other third-party service providers. All third-party trademarks and data belong to their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer
Caiden is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses or analysis. The Service is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional athletic or medical advice. Use the Service at your own risk.
